About Terri Guenthner
Terri has been a licensed realtor since 2002, and enjoys all aspects of her profession. Whether working with buyers or sellers, Terri understands that each situation is as unique as the people she is working with. With customer service as her primary goal, Terri works hard to provide her clients with as many resources as possible in order to help them make the best decisions.
A Moscow, Idaho resident since 1983, Terri is not only familiar with life on the Palouse, she is obviously “sold” on it as well. Originally from Antigo, Wisconsin, Terri and her husband Joe moved to Moscow when Joe was hired as a professor in agricultural economics at the University of Idaho. It didn’t take long for them to realize that Idaho is a perfect place to raise a family.
You can’t come from Wisconsin and not be a big football fan, so along came her love for the Green Bay Packers. Terri is also a University of Idaho football fan. With Washington State University just eight miles away, there are athletic, educational, and cultural opportunities that most small towns can’t offer. Along with showing you the housing market, Terri will enthusiastically share her knowledge and experiences of life in north Idaho!
